  3. Confirm Your Email

    • Check your inbox for a verification email from contact@lettora.ai and click the activation link to verify your account.

  4. Complete Your Profile

    • After verification, customize your workspace by:

      • Inviting team members (if needed).

      • Setting your time zone and preferred content language.

2. System Requirements

Lettora AI is 100% browser-based—no downloads or installations required. For optimal performance:

  • Operating System: Windows 10+, macOS 10.14+, Linux, or ChromeOS.

  • Browser: Latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.

  • Internet Connection: Stable broadband (5 Mbps minimum).

Step-by-Step Configuration

1. WordPress Setup

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.

  2. Disable 2FA:

    • Go to User Settings > Security.

    • Turn off Two-Factor Authentication temporarily.

  3. Configure Permalinks:

    • Navigate to Settings > Permalinks.

    • Select Post name and save changes.

2. Install & Configure the REST API Plugin

  1. Install the Plugin:

    • Go to Plugins > Add New.

    • Search for WordPress REST API Authentication.

    • Click Install Now and Activate.

  2. Set Up JWT Authentication:

    • In your WordPress admin menu, click miniOrange API Authentication.

    • Select JWT Authentication and follow the on-screen prompts.

    • Click Next > Finish to complete setup.

3. Enable Integration in Lettora AI

  1. Open Lettora AI Settings:

    • Navigate to Settings > Extended Features.

    • Ensure Integration is toggled on.

  2. Configure WordPress:

    • Click the WordPress tab in the side menu.

    • Enter:

      • Domain: https://yourdomain.com (replace with your site URL).

      • Username: Your WordPress admin username.

      • Password: Your WordPress admin password.

    • Activate the feature and click Save.

4. Publish Content Directly

  1. Select a Document:

    • Open a saved document in Lettora AI.

  2. Click Publish:

    • Locate the Publish button.

    • Confirm the post details (title, category, tags).

  3. Success! Your content is now live on WordPress.

Set Up Automation

  • In Automation > Workflows:

    • Choose pre-built templates (e.g., “Blog-to-Social Media Repurposing”).

    • Create custom rules for tasks like auto-publishing or team notifications.

Invite Collaborators

  • Go to Team Management, enter team members’ emails, and assign roles:
